People receiving home-based social services in Barcelona rate these services with an average score of 8.3 out of 10, according to data collected in a recent satisfaction survey.
As reported by betevé, the telecare service is the highest rated, with an average score of 9.14. This service is managed by Suara Cooperativa through a joint venture (UTE) with Assispa. It is followed by the Home Care Service (SAD), where the professionalism, friendliness, and human quality of the staff are especially highlighted. In this case, Suara is responsible for managing the service in two districts of the city.
The survey, conducted among more than 3,400 service users, highlights the strong performance of essential services that help promote personal autonomy, improve well-being, and enable people to remain in their usual environment.
According to the information published by betevé, Barcelona City Council considers users’ opinions a key element in continuing to improve the quality and efficiency of municipal social services.
