Participation in the 1st Congress “Comer con Disfagia, un reto diario”

On November 5, 2025, the Font dels Capellans Residence (Manresa) took part in the round table “Approach to modified-texture diets in residential centers in Catalonia: reality, challenge, and responsibility”, within the framework of the congress organized by the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC).

The session, moderated by Ms. Fabiola Juárez, featured the participation of Marta Serratosa Masramon, Anna Arrufat González, and Libia Alejandra Serrano, who shared experiences and reflections on current and future challenges in caring for people with dysphagia.
